What is included in a Clicc tablescape?

We have two options; 'Naked Tablescape' and 'Complete the Look'.

Our 'Naked Tablescape' includes a linen tablecloth (fits a 180 x 90cm table) and all the central pieces for your tablescape including vases, flowers, foliage, candlestick holders, candlesticks and candles. 

Our 'Complete the Look' add-on allows you to rent a small plate, large plate, water glass, alcohol glass, knife, fork, spoon, linen napkin, napkin accessory and blank name tag per person.

How many people can I book for?

We can provide our online tablescapes for up to 30 people, however we can provide different options for more than 30 guests. Get in touch with us via the enquiry form or drop us an email at hello@theclicc.com.

Are the flowers and candles real?

All our flowers are faux, however we have an option to add on real flowers to our Bloom tablescape. We liaise with our florist to provide you with the best bouquets to meet your requirements at affordable prices.

 

All our candles are LED. We do not permit the use of real candles with our tablescapes as the wax can damage our products.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to most London and Greater London postcodes, add your location into the enquiry form and our team will let you know if we deliver to your area!

For events outside of London, please get in touch and we will be able to provide you with a delivery/collection quote.

How much is delivery/collection?

Delivery and collection is £15 each way. If you live in Congestion Charge zone, this will be added on top.

When do you deliver/collect?

For weekday events, we aim to deliver the day of your event and collect the day after your event.

 

For weekend bookings we deliver on the Friday before your event, we collect on the Monday after. Upon booking, we will provide a two-hour time slot for your delivery and collection.

 

We are unable to leave your order outside or an insecure location. If we are unable to deliver at the specified time, we will need to re-deliver at a different time and this will incur additional charges. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver at another time.

We will only deliver to the ground floor at the address for delivery/collection and require free parking near to the address.

How do I prepare for collection?

All crockery and cutlery must be rinsed and all tableware must be re-packed using the packaging materials provided.

Cleaning of table linen will be taken care of by the Clicc team upon collection.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any order cancellations made thirty (30) or more days in advance of the delivery date will result in a full refund.

 

Any order cancellations less than thirty (30) days but more than seven (7) days in advance of the delivery date will receive credit to use against a Clicc tablescape in the future. Within seven (7) days, we are unable to offer any refund or credit for your order as explained in our Terms and Conditions.

 

Any order cancellations seven (7) or fewer days before the delivery date will not receive a refund or any credit to use at a future date.
